88 Terraced Townhouses and Apartments, Waltham

Virtue Property Group is developing a new apartment and townhouse complex on a high-profile local industrial site.

Known as the ‘St Martins Green’ development, Virtue in conjunction with Four Avenues Property Group have purchased part of the site to complete the development of 88 terraced town-houses and apartments.

The homes will be one, two and three bedroom houses with ‘dual-key’ (one bedroom with attached studio units) apartments.
